New Patient Registration
We are now accepting new patients to join our practice.
At your first appointment, one of our doctors or nurses will take a thorough medical history to assess your needs and medication requirements.
Once we fully understand your situation and medical history, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
New Patients - What to bring
Please bring a list of your current medications and any other relevant medical records.
Please bring your Medicare card with you (DVA or/and Concession card if
any)
If you do not have Medicare card, please bring your Health Insurance card
(we have facilities to claim your health insurance rebate for the following
health funds (Allianz, Bupa, AHM, NIB). Please note that rebate eligibility will
depends on your Insurance policy, please check with your provider before
visit.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

Book a Date and Time
Once you have selected a GP, you can call reception, or book an appointment online.
